We will plan viewings and act as an intermediary between you and the tenant. We then draw up the Tenancy Agreement in Dutch and/or English and arrange for the keys to be handed over.

  • We are the point of contact for your property 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • We instruct qualified and skilled companies to carry out (in consultation with you) maintenance and repair work and keep a careful check. 
  • We pay your invoices in consultation with you.
  • We draw up a monthly rental statement in which we render an account of rents received, any invoices paid to third parties for repairs etc., disbursements etc.
  • We calculate the annual rental increase, where applicable.
