Paul F. de Haas & Co. has a broad experience in the various segments of the real estate business and does not restrict itself to residential property, but also deals with commercial real estate, property management, investment, valuations and advice.
The principal aspect of our service, however, lies with the residential property market in Wassenaar, The Hague and outlying municipalities. Occasionally we offer a helping hand selling property abroad. Mr De Haas Snr. has been a member of FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation) for many years.

Selling

The provision of services when selling a property includes much more than you may think. You can only sell once and it has got to be done right. The first step is to give advice. If the advice is taken up, a provision of services agreement will be drawn up. Subsequently, we will, in consultation with you, decide on a selling strategy. In addition to our own network, we also make use of the country-wide NVM exchange system, the 'Funda' site and of course our own site. Maximum exposure may be achieved by means of a brochure, a for sale sign or adverts in newspapers or magazines.

Buying

The provision of services when purchasing a property requires a delicate touch. The information to be found on the various property sites can be overwhelming. Doing the research yourself is very time consuming. We, as third and fourth-generation professionals, can be quick and efficient in our assessment. Our experience and expertise will save you time and trouble as well as money. We will help you find the house of your dreams.

Letting

Our office is well placed to let partially furnished accommodation. Our excellent contacts with the larger companies, embassies in The Hague and other estate agents in this market, are of considerable value here.
Our position as property manager of many houses and flats for expats, entails that we know in good time when tenants will be leaving. This means we can anticipate well in advance what we will have on offer from our own property to let portfolio.
