History

Our company, founded on 2 January 1918, is one of the oldest, still active, estate agents in the Netherlands.

Paul F.A. de Haas, 3rd generation and himself active in real estate since 2 January 1966 (45 years), is a certified NVM Estate Agent/Valuer, registered with 'Wonen/MKB' (residential real estate). During his long career he has been active, in his capacity as an estate agent, in various executive committees at both national and international level.
Robin P.F. de Haas, 4th generation, has been jointly responsible for the business for many years.

Finding a Property

Under 'Find a property', you will find mostly houses and apartments for sale in Wassenaar and The Hague. The site also offers various partially furnished properties for rent, specifically for expats. We carry out the property management for many of these properties, which means we have a big pool of properties to choose from. Under 'Other Properties' you will find, where applicable, commercial real estate, real estate abroad, land with planning permission for newbuild or permission to extend significantly an existing building and investment properties.
